TRFC'S WINTER WHIRLWIND: 10 WEEKS, 10,000 TOUCHES

This comprehensive program will run Sunday afternoons from January to March and is a fantastic opportunity for your player to develop and refine their skills in a supportive, challenging, fun environment. We will focus on building technical abilities, tactical awareness, and teamwork while keeping players on the ball during the colder months.

Each weekly session will include skill-building drills, small-sided games, and soccer-IQ training to help players grow their confidence on the field. We'll work on everything from ball control and passing to defensive domination and offensive explosiveness, all while emphasizing sportsmanship and the joy of playing the game.

What you get:

• 10, one-hour training sessions (2pm, Sundays, at The Net at Gold's Gym) from January 11 - March 29 (excluding 2/15 and 3/15)
• A WINTER WHIRLWIND training t-shirt
• $50 off the registration fee if you join the MAYHEM or HAVOC tournament team this spring
